Maintenance Coordination and Invoice Oversight

  • We will work with you to ID squawks, track Life Limited Parts, and (if applicable) track Cirrus Maintenance Program (CMX) intervals to ensure maintenance (MX) is conducted within the appropriate parameters.

  • We will communicate those to the appropriate Maintenance facility and ensure the squawks are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • We will communicate with you regarding our preferred maintenance provider depending on listed squawks (different MX facilities are better at addressing certain squawks)

  • We will review invoices for accuracy before sending them to you for payment. We often can get a preferred "JATO-managed" rate on hourly labor rates.

  • We will provide maintenance Ferry Pilots at a reduced rate.

  • We will work with the proper vendors to ensure O2 and TKS are filled for your trips and help coordinate anything else for your personal trips that may be required.

Database Updates

  • We will update your Jeppesen and Garmin database on, or just before, the date due.

  • We will interface with your subscription companies on your behalf to ensure your subscriptions are accurate and renewed on time.

Insurance

  • At your direction, we will interface with your insurance company on your behalf to get you the lowest prices and the best/most appropriate coverage. We can also compare your rates each year with what we understand to be the best rates available.

Detailing

  • We will interface with reputable detailing companies that possess Hangar's Keepers Insurance on your behalf and make sure the plane is kept clean.

  • We will inspect the airplane before and after detailing to ensure that the work was done correctly and that there was no damage incurred during the detailing

  • We will ensure you receive the best pricing with any JATO discounts applied.

Hangar/FBO

  • We will interface with the FBO/Hangar owner that stores your aircraft and work on your behalf to get you the best rates and terms.

  • We will "prep" your hangar (if you have a private hangar) within the rules provided by Airport Management (there is an extra charge for initial prep)

  • We will research the best options for you if you need to change location.

  • Alternatively, we will secure a tie-down spot at the airport of your choosing. If we have an available taxi-through/premium JATO tie-down available at SQL or PAO, we will provide for an additional cost while your airplane is under JATO management services.

Scheduling

  • We will provide online scheduling for your aircraft if needed.

Cirrus Aircraft

  • We will interface with Cirrus Aircraft on your behalf and act as your advocate.
